Marketing
Upon receipt of the landlords formal instruction we will immediately circulate the particulars to suitable applicants - via Phone/Email/SMS text, take photos for our window display and advertise in local papers.
Viewings
We understand that the average working day is 9-6 so to help we offer viewings from 9am until 9pm. This is a "chauffer" service we provide free of charge where the driver will also show the applicant around.
Find a suitable tenant
Applicants are asked to provide the following documents:
Employers Reference
Bank Reference
Previous Landlord Reference (on request)
Guarantors Reference (if applicable, e.g Parental Guarantor if a student)
Companies / Self Employed Applicants are asked to provide:
Bank Reference
Accountants Reference
Or Solicitors Reference
Tenancy
The relevant Tenancy Agreement (e.g. Assured Shorthold Tenancy or Contract of Law) will be prepared and signed by the Tenant prior to the commencement of the Tenancy Agreement.
Inventory
A full inventory of furniture and fittings, including their condition and that of the decoration will be required. We can arrange on the Landlords behalf, for one of our Inventory Clerks to prepare a inventory (maybe an additional fee).
