We are able to arrange:

• Collection and transfer of tenant deposits into an approved Government body.  We use the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).

• Energy Performance Certificates (applicable from 1st October 2008)
• Property Checks
• Inventories

Finding a Suitable Tenant

We make every endeavour to identify good applicants and their ability to fulfil the financial and contractual commitments of their tenancy.  This includes obtaining employer’s references and bank references in addition those relevant to the individual circumstances of the prospective tenant. 

Quality of Service and Professionalism

We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and in a recent, independently commissioned survey of customer satisfaction we were pleased to see that all clients rated us as ‘Very Good’ to ‘Excellent’.

Viewings
We are able to accompany viewings from 9am – 9pm Monday to Friday and from 9am – 3pm on Saturday.

Marketing

We promote our portfolio on cjdelemere.com, findaproperty.com and rightmove.co.uk.  We also advertise in the Ham & High, Avenues, Muswell Hill and Hornsey Journals and Islington and Camden Gazettes and their websites.
