we are delighted that we have been recently instructed to manage a property in NW6.

it is a purpose-built 5 storey residential block of flats that was originally constructed in 1977. there are a total of 47 flats in the property which are accessible through two separate internal stairwells. The property benefits from two passenger lifts, fire alarms, emergency lighting, communal boiler and an intercom. 

the property is instructed to us by the resident management company. It has been previously managed by an agency, although through various reasons of dissatisfaction they have decided to instruct us on the merits of our proposal and management approach.

we are delighted that they feel we are suitable for the role, and look forward to many years of management.
