New block Management Instruction - Jan 18

news

We are delighted that we have been recently instructed to manage a property in Willesden Lane, NW6.

It is a purpose-built block of self-contained flats believed to have been constructed in the 1930’s. The block contains twenty-four flats in total and has a live in caretaker. The premises has fire storeys (basement, ground and four upper floors). There is a passenger lift on the property. The basement area houses the buildings plant rooms, which include a heating boiler system.

Externally, there are paving stone/concrete slab footpaths/steps, open parking areas with a concrete slab surface and private garages with flat roofs.

The property was previously managed by a large managing agent, although due to service dissatisfaction it is instructed to us by the Resident Management Company following a vagarious tender process. The client has long term plans to prepare towards an internal and external renovation as the property has not had one for some years.

We are delighted that they feel we are suitable for the role, and look forward to many years of management.
