Fees

Our standard commission rate for sole agency is 1.5% plus VAT.
We do like to offer an alternative scaled rate when carrying out a market appraisal. We work on a no-sale no-fee basis.
Our standard fee for multi agency is 2.5% plus VAT.

Period of Engagement

We ask for an initial term of four weeks for sole agency and a week's notice of termination which could be given after the third week.

Home Information Packs (HIPs)

We can provide HIPs. Our main provider's fees are as follows:

£235* plus VAT for freehold properties

£250* plus VAT for leasehold properties

Sales Particulars

Our details include several colour photos, standard and 3D floorplans and map.

Advertising

We advertise in Avenues, the Ham & High and the Muswell Hill and Hornsey Journals.  We always try to vary the content of our ads to keep them fresh.

In addition to cjdelemere.com, the main sites that we're on are rightmove, findaproperty and primelocation. 

Viewings

On weekdays, we can accompany viewings from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm. We'll always give feedback soon after.

Agreeing and Driving the Sale Through

We make every endeavour to identify good buyers in terms of ability and commitment to perform. We then liaise with solicitors and, if applicable, other agents in a chain and brokers to ensure speedy progress.
